Life isn’t always easy and managing your mental health and recovery during life’s moments is less about trying to be happy all the time and more about learning how to care for yourself when you are in it. Recovery doesn’t mean you will be happy all the time, no recovery is about learning how to take care of yourself even when you are having really hard feelings. Feelings are weird and complicated and this can make food weird and complicated.
